totally amazing stay!

this hotel blew me away. ishita at reception was so helpful! abhinav and his team at the market really delivered. jinobin and the f&b team did an awesome job. the housekeepers in the lobby are so friendly, i've never seen anything like it.
I'd suggest better coordination.

i did choose this for our stay but i can compare before and now. rooms are expensive compared to before. carpets look older and not clean. we asked for a late check out, but this was not possible.

I appreciated their helpfulness. the housekeeping team left a bookmark after noticing i was reading, a thoughtful touch. the gym contained all the equipment i needed. breakfast allowed ordering food made fresh, i found this better than a buffet.
